Job Title: Director of Nursing

Location: New York, NY 10019

Job Type: Fulltime Monday–Friday, General Shift

We’re looking for a Director of Nursing to lead a small clinical team and make a real impact in dementia care. This role blends leadership, compassion, and innovation in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor RNs, ensure NYS DOH compliance
• Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement
• Conduct in-home assessments and create care plans
• Manage complex cases and support families
• Supervise and train home health aides
• Participate in remote on call rotation

What You Bring

• Active NY RN license
• Nursing leadership experience
• Passion for dementia care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to commute to Manhattan 3x/week
