Resident Care Manager (RCM)
Full-Time, Salaried Position
Location: The Dalles Oregon Veterans Home

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Manager (RCM) to join our team at The Dalles Oregon Veterans Home. As an RCM, you will play a vital leadership role in coordinating high-quality care for our honored veterans and their families. Key Responsibilities
– Deliver compassionate and individualized care in alignment with each resident’s care plan
– Oversee daily clinical operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
– Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), memory care, and complex nursing needs
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation including MDS assessments
– Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices
– Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track resident progress
– Support a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for residents and staff

Preferred Experience
– Experience with MDS assessments and skilled nursing care
– Knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia-related care practices
– Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
– Strong collaboration and communication skills with care teams and families

Requirements
– Active Oregon RN license
– Passion for serving the veteran community
– Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and clinical expertise
