Neuro, TBI, dementia, dysphagia, apraxia, aphasia, voice (limited)Central office: 105 TR Harris Dr. Shelby, NC 281502 years (no CFY), would highly prefer Home Health experience, but will also take SNF experienceState license, BLS, driver's license, insurance, vehicle, CCCs (certification of clinical competency, received after CFY)Dysphagia, aphasia, cognitive treatmentEMR: HCHB – highly preferredScrub Color: light grayParking: Free
