Terralume Signature Memory Care, opening Spring 2026, is a boutique community designed exclusively for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Located in Minnetonka off Wayzata Boulevard. The Director of Health Services serves as a key culture-setter for our new Signature Memory Care community, leading with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to excellence. This leader models exceptional communication, guiding and empowering a care team that deeply understands the unique needs of individuals living with dementia. 

• Oversees Resident-Centered Care
• Ensures Clinical Compliance
• Manages nursing department budget
• Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
• Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
• Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Training or Associate's Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience
