Outpatient Locums Psychiatry opportunity in California focused on adult memory disorders; weekday clinic hours, multidisciplinary support, and no call.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Adult patient population
• Multidisciplinary model with 3 LVNs, 3 neuropsychologists, 1 memory RN, 8 additional RNs, and 2 LCSWs
• Access to an Advanced Therapeutics for Alzheimer's Disease (ATAD) Review Board for support with ordering decisions

Schedule

• Monday-Friday coverage
• Approximately 36 clinical hours per week
• Standard daytime clinic hours (8 am-5 pm)
• Outpatient only; no inpatient responsibilities listed

Cases and Procedures

• Memory disorders and dementia care
• Multidisciplinary coordination and clinical trial referrals
• Experience in prescribing anti-amyloid therapy
• Typical volume: 4-5 new memory/cognitive evaluations per week, plus 4-5 follow-ups daily

Requirements

• MD/DO
• Psychiatry, Neuropsychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry accepted
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• Active California license required
