Company Overview

Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training works with a large range of clients whose ages currently range from 8-81. Some are more general population who do personal or small group training with goals such as weight loss, strength improvement, increased energy levels, or just fitness in general and the ability to perform daily tasks better. We also have many high school and college athletes. Many are volleyball players, but we have worked with just about every other sport too. There are also a handful of Weightlifters that train with us as well. Some compete and some just do it for fun.

Our facility isn't super large, but it gets the job done. We have a total of 2000 Sq. Ft. Half of this is more geared towards general population, and the other half more for sport performance and weightlifters. Everything was remodeled in December, so we now have three weightlifting platforms with competition grade plates and Eleiko bars. We also have a small strip of turf with a couple sleds and extra squat racks.

Company History

Become Better Sport Performance loosely started as a business in 2013 when Dan started working with a local High School Volleyball team. From this point, Dan gained many clients until it became a full-time job/business around 2015. After coaching out of a few different facilities for a couple years, in 2018 we completely remodeled one of the gyms, so that all business can come be run out of the same facility. We now have over 70 Clients primarily ran by Dan, but with the help of an intern as well.
