Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
