Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crestwood Behavioral Center, you will have the opportunity to focus on your clinical expertise while we take care of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to determine diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Providing weekly psychotherapy sessions for an assigned caseload, ensuring consistent and personalized care.
- Collaborating closely with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient treatment strategies and interventions.
- Responding to crisis situations when necessary and applying appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Upholding organizational policies and procedures, adhering to compliance guidelines, HIPAA, and CMS regulations to ensure ethical and legal standards are met.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will primarily involve working with patients in hospice care, where you will provide vital support to individuals facing end-of-life issues. Your expertise in geriatric mental health, understanding adjustment disorders, and managing conditions such as dementia will be crucial in delivering empathetic care and assistance to both patients and their families during a challenging time.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- A strong understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment methodologies, particularly in geriatric care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, coupled with a heightened level of empathy and compassion.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
