Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant/Driver to enrich the lives of residents in our memory care community. In this role, you will support and lead engaging, person-centered activities that promote connection, stimulation, and joy for residents living with dementia. You will also safely drive residents to outings and appointments, assisting with boarding and mobility as needed. Working closely with our care team, you’ll help tailor programs to individual abilities, monitor well-being, and maintain a warm, respectful environment that honors each resident’s dignity and independence.
Support and lead engaging memory care activities for residents
Drive residents safely to scheduled outings and appointments
Assist residents with participation, redirection, and emotional support
Collaborate with care and nursing teams to tailor activity plans
Set up, clean, and organize activity spaces and materials
Monitor resident behavior and report changes to supervisors
Follow safety, infection control, and dementia care protocols
Assist with resident transport, loading, and mobility support
Maintain activity and transportation records and schedules
Communicate warmly with residents, families, and coworkers
