You’ll oversee daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, ensuring a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment. Partner with nurses, physicians, and families to design individualized care plans, train and mentor staff, and uphold regulatory standards. Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit to ensure safe, person-centered care
Lead, coach, and schedule care staff, promoting a compassionate, team-focused culture
Conduct resident assessments and support development of individualized care plans
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and documentation standards
Support training and development of staff on dementia and memory care best practices
Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements in resident care and engagement
Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy
Memory care program management
