Work Environment
The position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct your practice from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a focus on quality patient interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess the psychological needs of patients, accurately rendering diagnoses aligned with best practices.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each patient.
- Provide structured weekly psychotherapy sessions, creating a safe and therapeutic environment for your established caseload.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
- Deliver crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating quick and effective responses to patient emergencies.
- Comply with Crestwood's policies, procedures, and all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on the elderly population, particularly those dealing with complex issues such as adjustment disorders, cognitive decline, and end-of-life transitions. Understanding the mental health challenges faced by geriatric patients, particularly those with dementia or significant life transitions, will be crucial to your role. Providing empathetic support in these sensitive situations is essential to ensuring positive patient experiences and outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
- Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment, particularly in relation to geriatric populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
- Effective organizational skills to manage treatment planning and paperwork efficiently.
- Proven ability to utilize technology for patient documentation and communication.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in medical settings or long-term care facilities is highly desirable and will enhance your ability to serve our patient population.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually.
