Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care through a range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and rendering accurate diagnoses for diverse clientele.
• Designing, implementing, and revising individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Providing weekly psychotherapy sessions to an established caseload, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
