- Patient population includes dementia and geriatric residents
- Nurse staffing ratios:
- Days: 2 nurses
- Nights: 1 nurse
- EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)
Orientation
- 2-hour orientation with the leadership team
- 1–2 training shifts on the unit with an experienced staff member
Requirements
- Active RN license (required at submission)
- BLS Certification
- Charge nurse experience required
- BSN not required
